At Tony and Vintage, we aim to provide high-quality products, but we understand that issues may arise. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Warranty
All our products come with a 1-year warranty, covering:
-Machine defects
-Color fading
If any issue arises within this warranty period, excluding any physical damage, we will either repair the watch or offer an exchange. If the same article is not available, we reserve the right to send a replacement product of similar value or design.
2. Return and Exchange Process
-If you experience any defect covered under the warranty, you can return the product to the address provided by us.
-Please note: All delivery charges for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.
3. Delivery and Inspection
Upon receiving your order, you are encouraged to inspect your parcel at the time of delivery:
-If there is no defect upon inspection, the product will be considered accepted, and no claims for damage or defects will be entertained later.
-Change of mind or personal preferences after receiving the product will not be accepted as valid reasons for a return or exchange.
4. Defects Not Covered by Warranty
Our warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or any external wear and tear. Customers are responsible for maintaining the product's condition.
