We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Change of mind returns are not accepted.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
A return or exchange will be approved only if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The watch is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Not eligible:
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong size or model by mistake
- Worn, scratched, resized, or used watches
- Missing packaging or accessories
- “Final Sale” items
Defective or Wrong Item Cases
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue on our provided WhatsApp number.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- We provide free return shipping labels only for defective or wrong item cases that meet our policy conditions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval
Returned watches undergo a quality inspection. Approval requires the item to be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
If the item shows signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or missing parts, the return will be rejected.
Refunds
Refunds (for defective or incorrect items only) will be issued to the original payment method after approval.
Refund processing time is 12–15 business days, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After shipping, the standard defective/wrong-item return policy applies.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
